Our driver, Manoj, was absolutely fantastic. He was always punctual, professional, friendly and extremely helpful throughout the trip. What really made the difference was that Manoj was much more than just a driver — he was also an excellent guide. He helped us organise our sightseeing efficiently, suggested places to visit and always made sure we were comfortable and never felt rushed. He knew Kerala extremely well and was always happy to help with anything we needed. We felt completely safe with him throughout the journey. The whole family, including our two daughters, really enjoyed travelling with Manoj. He played a big part in making our Kerala holiday such a memorable experience. A special thank you to Manoj and the Kerala Taxis team. Sulekha got us the best deals with hotel and houseboat and taxi bookings. Jim our taxi driver was one amongst most caring drivers ever met, he took care of our family with little kids to show us around as a guide and got us to every place on time. He was not just a driver but truly acted like a guide throughout our entire Kerala trip. Shahul explained every place we visited in detail and gave us valuable suggestions about what we could explore, the best places to visit, and the approximate charges. The hotels he suggested were also really good, especially when it came to the food. What impressed us the most was his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. Although our allotted cab timing was from 8 AM to 8 PM, Shahul was ready to drive us as early as 5 AM so that we could reach on time for our Padmanabhaswamy Temple darshan slot. This level of commitmentg and support made a huge difference to our trip. I am genuinely glad that we got Shahul as our driver. He was polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and always focused on making our journey comfortable and memorable. A big thank you to Kerala Taxis for providing such a wonderful experience and especially for assigning us someone like Shahul. Since it was our first time visiting these places, we didn’t have much idea about the local attractions and activities. Sanjiv ji was extremely helpful throughout the journey — guiding us, suggesting great spots, and making sure we had a memorable trip. Some of his recommendations, like the Exotic Animal Park, the jeep excursion in Thekkady, and a beautiful viewpoint in Munnar, turned out to be the highlights of our vacation. His friendly nature, local knowledge, and professionalism truly enhanced our experience. We’re really thankful to him for making our trip so enjoyable and hassle-free.+2

Very nice We had a wonderful experience exploring Kerala with Kerala Taxis. The entire journey was smooth, comfortable, and very well managed. A special thanks to our driver, Mr. Livin Davis, who made our trip even more enjoyable. He was extremely polite, humble, punctual, professional, and helpful throughout the journey. His driving was safe and comfortable, and he had excellent knowledge of the routes and tourist places across Kerala. He was always cooperative with our plans and made travelling with our family very convenient and stress-free. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the overall service from Kerala Taxis was excellent. Our driver, Manoj, was exceptional from beginning to end. He picked us up from Kochi Airport and drove us throughout our trip until dropping us at Trivandrum Airport. He was always on time, professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. What we particularly appreciated was that Manoj wasn't simply our driver. He was also a very knowledgeable guide and helped us plan our sightseeing in a way that made the most of our time without making the trip feel rushed. His knowledge of Kerala and the various places we visited was excellent. Most importantly, we always felt safe and looked after. He was patient, flexible and genuinely seemed to care about making sure our family had a great holiday. We travelled with our two daughters and all four of us really enjoyed having Manoj with us. Tapan Kumar G23 August 2026Awesome Monesoon Kerala tour with Kerala Taxis Our monsoon family Tour to Kerala was for 10 days from 7th to 17th August'26 in close consultation with Mr. Ajay of Kerala Taxis. We chose Kerala Taxis for providing us Car with driver after lot of research on different Tour operators in Kerala. And finally we found thar we selected the right agency based on our tour comfort during all the 10 days. Mr. Ajay, a soft spoken customer friendly gentleman along with Sm. Sulekha guided me in every matter before finalizing our tour plan. We finished the trip worryless with assurance of availabilty of Mr. Ajay & his team of Kerala Taxis for 24 x7 hours during the journey. He provided us with very good vehicle and excellent driver as per our expectations requisitioned to him. Our trip started from Kochi Airport where we had a very warm reception by Mr. Manoj with his Innova Crysta waiting for us. In no time Mr. Manoj turned very near and dear to us with his skilled long driving experience and very calm, polite and smiling face always. After our stay in Kochi, our tour locations covered Munnar, Alleppey, Trivandrum and Kanyakumari. From pick up at Kochi Airport to drop at Trivandrum Airport, Mr. Manoj was our pilot, friend and guide during all these 10 days. His knowledge about all the local areas including good restaurants, local foods, temples, Sea beaches etc. has no word of appreciation. Whenever we are in Kerala next time, without any hesitations our entire tour will be assigned to Mr. Ajay of Kerala Taxis and of course with Mr. Manoj as our Pilot. A P3 July 2026Exceptional Kerala Tour with Jim Abraham – Highly Recommended! Our family of four had an amazing experience traveling through Kerala with Jim Abraham. From the moment he picked us up in Kochi until the end of our journey through Munnar, Thekkady, and Alleppey/Kumarakom, everything was perfectly organized. Jim is an excellent driver—calm, professional, and very safety-conscious. He was always punctual, the vehicle was spotless and comfortable, and every transfer was smooth and hassle-free. Traveling with children can be challenging, but Jim made the entire trip relaxing and enjoyable. What really stood out was his local knowledge. He gave us great recommendations for sightseeing, authentic restaurants, tea plantations, spice gardens, and scenic stops that we would have otherwise missed. His suggestions for hotels and places to stay were also excellent and matched our preferences perfectly. Jim was always courteous, patient, and ready to help, whether it was adjusting our schedule, stopping for photos, or recommending the best places to shop for local products. He genuinely cared about making our holiday memorable rather than just driving us from one destination to another. The best was while choosing the Hotel they knew each property about which we enquired and so we got the best property with the best deals and view rooms.
