I wish to thank you for arranging such a nice and lovely holiday package which we both, myself and my wife enjoyed. Kerala is full of natural beauty with greenery, backwaters, nice people, delicious food and so on. We enjoyed mouth-watering vegetarian food and it is quite cheap too! The hotels were very good, except Hotel Sagra at Kovalam. Actually there are two separate wings, old one and new one. We were given a room in the old wing for which we had to climb down several steps equal to about three stories. The room are in a depressing mess and have no good view...
